Your critics are the unpaid watchman of your soul.A minister/Leader( to wit a child of God) must enjoy the ministry of the critics. For they help you cross check your life as well as your actions and inactions.
Your response to your critics speaks volume about the level of your spirituality or the kind of person you are- whether you are proud or humble .
If your respond to your critic is that of anger,resentment and self justification,then you are a mean man. But if you respond with humility and meekness it means you are a Noble man.
